If Live Viewers were not delivered, you must provide a 10-minute recording of your live stream on Rumble and email it to us.
No refunds will be granted if your order was successfully delivered, as we maintain delivery logs for all purchases.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout so we can reach you in case of delivery issues.

3. Disputes & Billing Issues
